The judges and staff of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Illinois are committed to serving the public by providing a fair and efficient system of justice that fosters the public trust and confidence. We work toward accomplishing this mission by continually improving the facilities, programs and services provided to the people of Carroll, JoDaviess, Lee, Ogle, and Stephenson Counties.

The Website of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit was established to enhance the court’s ability to provide useful information to all who use the services offered by the five court facilities in the circuit.  I think you will find the site useful and simple to navigate.  We will do our best to provide visitors to the site with current information and will constantly seek ways to improve.
